The Ultimate Memorial Day

Memorial Day is so important because

it makes us have to realize the lives

given for us to have what we have today.

For Christians, our Memorial Day also brings

to memory what Christ's death, resurrection,

and ascension means for the Church.

Also, the memory of what horrible deaths

His disciples went through in spreading

the Gospel of our LORD's sacrifice.

There are so many beautiful structures in
our nation that reminds us of the events

our country has gone through.

For Christians, we are given a glimpse

in GOD's WORD of what the structures

will be, that will last forever in Heaven;
mansions, streets of gold, building

foundations of all of the precious

stones, gates of ivory, and much more.

There will be no more oceans, only a

sea of glass before the Throne of GOD

On earth, we honor our dead in Memorial

graveyards. In Heaven, there will be no such

place due to death being cast into the Lake

of Fire. Heaven will be full of Life, Glory,

Honor, and Worship of our Holy, Awesome,

Almighty, Creator, Savior, Father God!

Man is now incapable of understanding

what GOD has in store for those who

love His Appearing. (Rapture)

Christ paid the penalty of all of man's

sin; from the first man even to the last

man that will ever be born.

Make this your Memorial too!

OH! NO!!!

I forgot and left my plant in the low

bay window when I went to work!

This is what I found when I got home!

I don't think "old man" (in the pic)

did it, even though he didn't seem

to mind laying among the debris!

*

I really think Xena was the culprit!

When I called out, "Who did this?"

She hung her head, ears drooped,

eyes got serious, jaws hung and

she slowly walked away!

*

Dolly's response? Nothing but

wiggling, panting, prancing like

"It wasn't me! It wasn't me!"

*

Gracie...nowhere to be found;

but, she has too little of a mouth

to have done the destruction!

*

Sam (pictured) in the passed

has had separation anxiety and

chewed up some things, but this

had to be done by the jaws of my

bullmastiff, Xena!!

*

All four knew "mama" was not at

all happy with what she found!

*

Sorry, Janet!!

Getting Started

Getting started!

After cutting the strip into 3 parts,

I planted each one in the dish above!

I can hardly wait for it to start

growing. I'll put it in the living room

window to get some sun!

Gift from a Friend

Thank you, Janet for my beautiful

card of cardinals! I am so excited

to plant the seed card into this

planter. I will cut the card into three

strips and place it into the dirt of the

three pieced bowl.

*

We shall see how it goes and I will

post the outcome!!

Wedding Bells!

Proud Mom and Dad!

Scott is in the back!

Jim and Nellie's future son-in-law

is in the forefront!

DeeAnna, one of the bride's maid.

I am partial, I think she is the

prettiest bride's maid!

Our new bride, soon to be daughter-in-law

and niece-in-law!

Beautiful Bride and Handsome Groom!
Such will be the Church and Christ
one Day, hopefully soon!

Mother's Day

I love you, mom!

There's a special bond that I

have with you, mom.

*

By the blessing of our LORD,

you were my life giver

and nurturer.

*

Mom is now with our Father in

Heaven. I look forward to The

Day when our GOD reunites

us in His Holy Presence!

The other important Mother in

my life is my sister-in-law,

Nellie.

*

I'm so proud of her nurturing of

the beautiful children the

LORD blessed to her womb.

*

One Day, we all shall stand in awe

of our Heavenly Father who

so graciously blessed us

with the loves in our lives.

I can hardly wait to be able

to thank my Father in person

for His blessings of the moms

in my life.
