The disciples asked Jesus to teach them to pray.
Matthew 6:7, His response continued with, "When you are praying, do not use meaningless repetition as the Gentiles do, for they suppose that they will be heard for their many words."
Life Lessons shares, "Effective prayer is not magic; it's not about speaking the right string of words or using the correct formula so that GOD will move on our behalf. Instead, it's about communicating on a heart-to-heart level with the LORD of the universe. We have an awesome opportunity to draw near to Him and learn His ways!" Praise You, Holy Spirit, for Your guidance!
If you don't have GOD's Holy Spirit in you, all you need do is accept Jesus Christ for you salvation! He took all your sin upon Himself for you to be perfect before Almighty GOD! When you truly with your heart believe and accept Him, the Holy Spirit of GOD enters to guide and direct your life while passing through this world toward your eternity with Him forever where the Lamb shall lie down with the Lion! There will be no more killing either in the kingdoms of mankind or the animals!
