Thanksgiving and Prayer

Ephesians 1:15-23, Paul shares with fellow Christians, "Ever since I heard about your faith in the LORD Jesus and your love for all the saints, I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers. I pray the GOD of our LORD Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, to give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation so you may know Him better. May your heart be enlightened so you may know the hope in which He called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints, His incomparable great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of His mighty strength which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, every title that can be given, now and in the age to come. GOD has placed all things under His feet and appointed Him to be the head over everything for the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him Who fills everything in every way."

Prayer is our connection with Jesus through His Holy Spirit to GOD the Father. Pray! He listens! He answers your prayers! It may not be what you want exactly, but GOD knows what is best for you and He wants you to be willing to follow the path He has for your life. GOD of everything knows all things and what is best for you! If you don't know Christ Jesus as your Savior, that is your beginning place. Pray, ask for His forgiveness of your sin and He will forgive, and His Holy Spirit will come leading you to pray for your needs, and leading you to give Him thanksgiving in all His glory!
